Meet Millie Dantzel

She is here! Our sweet Millie Dantzel is here!

This was my first time being induce and I will admit I was a bundle of nervous. With my pregnancy being more of a high risk I was more nervous for this birth than any of my other ones. I was so relieved that all was okay when they handed me my new daughter. She is perfect and we are both healthy. So many prayers were answered.

Picking her name was a little tricky. It came down to either Lucy or Millie for her first name and either Fielding or Dantzel for her middle name. She was quickly named Milie after shw was born. We just thought it was beautiful and fit her perfectly, but the middle name we were stuck on. After going back and forth we decided to go with Dantzel.

(Later on I found out that Jake wanted that for her middle name because its the middle name our daughter Lizzy really wanted for her baby sister. And Millie looks exactly like Lizzy. And I mean they could have been twins!)

Now I can’t stop staring in awe at our sweet new addition. She is just so peaceful, and has already brought so much joy and calmness to our family. I am going to do my best to soak in every moment with this little one. Becasue I know that it just goes by too fast.
