Time to Explore - Happy by Design Co.

Our September trip out to the property was a big deal for me. With this pregnancy I have technically been high risk, which means my hiking through the woods have been limited. Most of the time I spend with the kids, going on little adventures and explore the creeks… and try to help out where I can. But this trip was different. This trip was extra exciting because the road was done enough that I could drive back to our section of the property and really see it for the first time. I was beyond excited. It was time to explore!

It felt so good to walk through the front section of our property. Everything was still so green and beautiful. Jake was able to point out a couple of places that would be good building. While I was only able to walk through a small portion of our land, it just made me more excited to see the rest. Out in the distance I can see Pine groves that I am just itching to explore. There is something so special about the forest, and I just can’t believe its going to be ours!

We were able to walk towards the border of our property where I could see a little bit of our neighbors land. It helped me to see just what our land could be. Goodness, it was beautiful! I can just imagine the orchards, the gardens, the hikes and all the future bon fires we will have. It is going to be the best kind of adventure. You can bet that it has me scheming even more about what our future home will look like. Time to start drawing up house plans!
